I am upgrading the chuck on the Milltronics cnc lathe from an 8" 3 jaw to a 10" 6 jaw set-true chuck made by Toolmex. TMX chucks are high quality, made in Europe and have proven to be dependable and true. The ability to adjust the chuck to near zero runout and have half a thou repeatability is definitly an improvement that really helps when chucking up parts that are already finished on one side. The 6 jaws add additional contact points on the workpiece giving more stability and rigidity during machining. #6jawchuck #toolmex #milltronics #cncmachining
