Описание: DCM International designed and project managed both the regional headquarters and the central distribution centre for DB Schenker; the German logistics multinational, one of the top three logistics companies in the world. The Headquarters is a G+3 building constructed of precast concrete with a total built-up area of 4,100 m2. The central distribution centre is a steel frame building with a built-up area of 36,000m2 serviced by 36 loading docks. The warehouse building is fitted with roof mounted solar power generation, which will produce 95% of DB Schenker’s power requirements.
