1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 bunch of chives, chopped

1 cucumber, sliced
10 radishes, sliced
salt

3. French Potato Salad: Salade Cauchoise:

3–4 sliced of ham, chopped
4 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
⅓ cup walnuts
1–2 tbsp crème fraîche
watercress for the topping

4. German Potato Salad:

3 cups potato salad without mayo
4 oz bacon, chopped & fried
1 soft-boiled egg
chopped chives

5. Potato Salad With Mayo:

2 lbs potatoes
8–10 baby dill pickles, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 onions, diced
1 cup mayo
½ tbsp mustard
salt & pepper to taste
1 bunch of parsley, chopped

6. Spanish Potato Salad: Ensalada Rusa:

3 cups potato salad with mayo
⅓ cup chopped carrots
⅓ cup peas
3 oz tuna
1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)

7. American Potato Salad:

3 cups potato salad with mayo
1 red pepper, diced
⅓ cup chopped celery
1 tbsp chopped parsley

8. Potato Salad With Beets:

3 cups potato salad with mayo
1 cooked beet, grated
chopped chives
