Important checkboxes
Contiguous Y / N
Restrict to Tile Y / N
Contiguous: Y: Only adjacent pixels of the exact same color will be selected
Contiguous: N: EVERY pixel of the exact same color will be selected (Based on restrict to tile, it will only be in the tile you selected it, or every tile in the file)
Restrict to tile: Y: Your selection will be restricted only to the tile.
Restrict to tile: N: Your selection will be propagated to every tile.
