Описание: Forest morning walk with sunrise to calm your mind with birds singing. Ill try to go as many mornings as possible with whatever weather and it has help me a lot to reset my circadian rhythm. Usually I do 1 hour. Even once a week helps if you do not have forest near. Japanese call this forest bathing and even my Italian heavy metal detox doctor recommends it to his clients as it resets the nervous system over lung run and it is good even for your guy microbiome.
