Описание: In the Cordillera Blanca Huascaran Norte and her sister Sur dominate the skyline only 30 miles south of Huaraz Peru. Standing tall at 6664 meters (21,858 feet) Huascaran Norte is the second tallest mountain in the country. We climbed what we think is a new route up the Northwest Arete. The lower half we joined up with an existing route and then broke away to climb untouched ground in the rock band section.
