Teenie, tiny orphan baby baboon Rhaenyra was rescued just one day after the arrival of orphan Jeanne.
She settles into the Quarantine Nursery.
This is her story so far.

🐵 The baboon orphans at C.A.R.E. Rehabilitation Centre, Limpopo, South Africa are victims of wildlife crime, hunting, trapping and the illegal pet trade. Their mothers were tragically killed by hunters, farmers, poachers and require intensive, 24hour care.

🐾Thanks to the dedicated, educated & professional caregivers and staff, the orphans are being rehabilitated so that they will be able to thrive with others in a natural and safe environment.
