DIY Mini Dremel Sander Tool - RCLifeOn

Описание: Hi, in this video I will show you have to build a super simple, yet powerful, dremel sander tool. Here's the parts I used:

Piece of cardboard
Electric motor
Electric switch
9V battery
Sandpaper
Wooden dowel
Double-sided tape
Colored tape
Wires

You also need a couple of tools, such as: hot glue, a knife, plier, saw and a drill. I solder all my connections, but that's up to you.

1. Your first step is to cut a piece of cardboard, and either cover it with tape or paint. Take your piece of carboard and form it by using a cylinder or similar, to a tube-like shape.

2. You need a wooden dowel, the same length as your motor shaft. Mark the centre of the wooden dowel and drill a hole 0.2mm smaller than the diameter of your motor shaft. Attach double-sided tape around it, and stick the sandpaper onto the double-sided tape.

3. Solder one of your motor leads to the positive side of a 9V battery. Solder the other motor lead to an electronic switch. Take another piece of wire and solder between the electronic switch and the negative side of the 9V battery.

4. Glue your components onto the cardboard tube. Make a hole for the electronic switch and glue it in place using hot glue. Cover the edge of the cardboard tube with another piece of colored tape. Done!

Do I still use it? Yes, I sure do! It's an awesome tool, and it really is quite good. Most DIY projects ends up on a shelf somewhere. However, this dremel sander is one of the tools I use everyday! I've been using it to remove extra plastic from my 3D-prints. Since it doesn't use a chord, you can simply pick it up and use it.
