Gerville Luistro nitong Biyernes (Marso 13) na nasa desisyon ng mga miyembro ng komite kung papayagan o tatanggihan nito ang pagharap ng ilang mga abogado ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa kanyang impeachment case dahil sa umano'y conflict of interest.
Ito'y matapos igiit ni Bicol Sa-ro Party-list Rep. Terry Ridon ang posibilidad na maging testigo sina Atty. Michael Poa at Atty. Reynold Munsayac, mga abogado ni Duterte, sa kanyang impeachment case.
Dating DepEd spokesperson ni Duterte si Poa habang dating OVP spokesperson at DepEd assistant secretary naman niya si Munsayac.
