If you love doing front squats but suffer from wrist and elbow pain that comes with the traditional front rack position, this video is for you.
Many lifters, myself included, lack the mobility required for the normal front rack position, leading to strained wrists and "golfers elbow". Using lifting straps allows you to maintain a neutral wrist position while keeping the bar in place.
