Post election, Edwin is back for another rant.
Martin, people should've got in early last year when Dusty and I were making an offers on "Albo And Co Real Estate" franchises. Now the price has gone up.
Well you know there was this meme from some time ago about 2 cheeks of the same bum. I have to say we've got one cheek a lot bigger than the other now!
We've been saying all along they're they're both the same. Both were were not lnterested in home prices dropping, and they won't dial back immigration and both parties have very wealthy landlords with numerous investment portfolios or properties under their belts.
Well I did a show yesterday called "A Bigger, More Taxed, Less Housed Australia Incoming"
If you look at it carefully you can see there that there's still some uncertainty about exactly how the numbers are shaking down but it's a landslide for the Australian Labor Party or should we say the Australian Property Party. The alternative Australian Property Party, the Liberal Nationals rather shrinking but here's the here's the real killer. Fascinatingly if you look at metro Sydney you can just see how emphatic the rejection of the Liberal story has been in and around Sydney you know It's now a sea of red!
