There are many ways to get 1300 points. If you have Protoman.EXE / Blues.EXE like me, it would be easier. The reason I didn't get 3 * the first time was because of Rico's conversation (I think so, LOL) ? In general, I were roaming around for the first time to let people see what this map had.
Personally, I prefer to go through the first 2 portals (3:04 ; 4:10)+ Crystal near the boss door (6:04) to get enough 1300.
If you find it difficult to get the last crystal, you can use the 3 gates on the left (6:46). In this section the middle door and the bottom door will be locked, so it will be time-consuming if you are close enough to the necessary point.
