Updated video shout out player for streamer bot!

Описание: NOTE (14th Sept 2024)
This has been updated to handle changes from twitch which impacts newer clips.

Much easier to implement, also with option to have a preferred maximum clip age! (default is 30 days)

If you want a higher resolution version, set the size of the source to 1920x1080.
Use either of the shoutoutsource settings to get the updated behaviour:
