This easy chocolate banana dessert is naturally sweet, creamy, and incredibly simple to make. Dark chocolate keeps it from being too sweet, but you can adjust the amount of chocolate to your taste.Perfect as a quick dessert with no baking required
Ingredients:
1 banana
50 g dark chocolate (use more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it using a double boiler (a bowl over a pot of hot water). Stir until smooth and fully melted.
2. Prepare the banana
Peel the banana, cut off the ends, and place it into the bowl with the melted chocolate. Mash the banana until you get a smooth, even mixture.
If it’s difficult with a fork, use a blender.
3. Chill
Pour the mixture into molds or small bowls. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours until completely set.
4. Serve
Once firm, remove from the fridge and enjoy!
