Villasimius is located on the South East Coast of Sardinia, and it can be reached from Cagliari airport either by driving through the enchanting panoramic road with dazzling sea views or by following the so-called Superstrada or nuova 125.
In both cases the driving time is of about one hour.
Villasimius is a fishing village inhabited by locals all year round. She is renown for the beauty of its beaches and the clearness of the sea. It is a real paradise for scuba divers and for snorkellers. The experience is made even more unique by the presence within the village’s territory of the Capo Carbonara National Marine Park which was created in 1998. Villasimius boasts many sandy beaches and stunning bays the most famous of which are: Cala Caterina, Campus, Porto Giunco, Porto Sa Ruxi, Punta Molentis, Simius, Spiaggia del Riso, Timi Ama, Campulongu.
