In this video I am showing you guys my preferred way on how to cut a chalice coral. The coral I am cutting in this video is a hollywood stunner chalice. These corals are very fast growers and are great candidates for coral propagation. I am using a Gryphon C-40 xl coral band saw in the video. These saws are worth every penny if you are cutting a lot of coral. The diamond tip band on the saw gives clean fast cuts and is by far the easiest and safest way to cut chalice corals. Keeping the saw clean and in good working order helps to cut down on the risk of infection when cutting these corals.
