One of five commands that may be called as part of the Geneva School District 304 Standard Response Protocol. If a LOCKDOWN is called, there may be danger inside the building. Classroom doors are locked, lights are turned off, and students are trained to stay quiet and in place. We stay out of sight and do not open the door until the local law enforcement comes into the room.
