Telangana to witness heavy rain, IMD issues yellow alert

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Telangana, warning of heavy rain in some parts of the state. The districts most likely to be affected are KomaramBheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Karimnagar, Peddapally, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Warangal, and Hanamkonda. These districts should be prepared for thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds. The IMD has also warned that the heavy rain could cause flooding and landslides in some areas.
