A questionnaire is presented upon booking your 30 minute 1:1 consultation which will help Keisha prepare for your meeting. Here is what you can expect from your session:

Discuss hair washing routine, including water temperature and drying methods.
3. *Hair History*
Discuss any chemical treatments you've had in the past (coloring, straightening, perms) and any reactions or damage experienced.
Discuss previous hair care challenges and what they've tried to address them.
4. *Lifestyle and Diet*
Review diet and hydration habits to understand if they're getting the necessary nutrients for healthy hair.
Discuss lifestyle factors that might affect hair health, such as stress, sleep patterns, smoking and exercise habits.
5. *Hair Goals*
Discuss hair goals and any specific concerns (e.g., hair growth, volume, moisture retention).
6. *Product Recommendations*
Based on the analysis and discussion, specific ingredients/products will be recommended to suit your hair type and address your concerns.
Receive guidance on product application techniques and amounts to use.
7. *Custom Hair Care Plan*
Keisha will develop a personalized hair care plan that includes a routine for washing, conditioning, grooming and styling.
Include recommendations for any treatments or at-home remedies to improve hair and scalp health.
8. *Follow-up*
Schedule your complimentary follow-up appointments (for up to 6 months) to monitor progress and make adjustments to the care plan as necessary.
