Welcome to Tomorrowaday Farms! Today I dehydrated celery two ways. I used the dehydrating setting on our stove and our Salton dehydrator.
This allows me to get more done faster... SO i THOUGHT LOL I put way too much on the cookie sheets but hey that's okay it all got done.
Directions for using the Dehydrating setting for the Stove:
Preheat your oven on the dehydrating setting it will go to 150.
Place your sheets in the oven you will have to rotate your sheets.
Normally it takes one cycle it works really good.
Using the Salton Dehydrator:
Preheat your dehydrator to 120-130
use a cup to cover the hole and place a single layer of your celery.
Should take about 12 hours.
