Animation of both the inner and outer Geneva Mechanism or Maltese Cross. This Gear Mechanism translates a continuous Rotation into an intermittent rotary Motion.
We also included the Calculations needed to draw both.
In Addition we also created 2 Non-Straight Versions of the Geneva Drive. The first One has a high Acceleration and short Movement Time. In the last Version it is the opposite where we have a smoother acceleration with a longer Turn Time.
Haven't seen these 2 anywhere on the Web so worth sharing.
