We have been using the Pit Barrel Cooker for only a short time now, but it is a really exciting smoker, cooker, grill. It provides a really great cooking experience and is made to be able to accommodate long cooks with very consistent temperatures.

First of all when opening up the box you will notice that the materials that it uses are very high quality. You can tell that this grill is made to last a long time. It has a porcelain enamel coating on the outside and it construction is very well built.
