At the southern edge of Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Yokoshima Island is home to two peaks named "Ojo," meaning "Royal Castle."
To the south stands Mt. Ojo, reaching an elevation of approximately 256 meters.
From its summit, enjoy panoramic views of the Shimanami islands and the distant Onomichi area.
To the north rises Mt. Ojo-Kiriishi, standing at an elevation of about 228 meters.
Near the peak, massive megaliths scatter across an ancient quarry, preserving traces of the past.
