Pincha Mayurasana is a super fun and challenging yoga pose that involves finding balance whilst on your forearms.
I've done a couple of video walkthroughs on how to improve the odds of finding balance on other videos. I will link out to them in video.
In this video I demonstrate 6 ways I have used to enter Pincha Mayurasana or the feathered peacock pose.
1) Kick Over
2) Straddle Press
3) Pike Press
4) Headstand Transition
5) Baby Bakasana
6 ) Forearm wheel to Pincha
These videos are not intended to be instructive in nature. The forearm balance is a challenging inversion and it is recommended that you work with a knowledgeable yoga instructor when attempting such poses.
