Seasoning/Salt Applicator SA001
SA001 is suitable for application of salt and seasoning.
(A) Salt Application
*Maximum load 42-45kg
*Capacity:
Average is 0.39-0.42 kg/min
(B) Seasoning Application
*Maximum load 18-22kg
*Capacity:
Average is 0.65-0.74 kg/min
1) Agitator has a 3 blades design
2) Screw and agitator motors in place
3) Power Supply is 380/415v, 3 phase and neutral
4) Operating Temperature: 0 to 35 Deg C
5) Food contact parts are stainless steel 316. Motor casing, control panel box are stainless
steel 304
6) Hopper level probe is vibrating fork type. Alarm will activate when load drops below
probe level
7) 2 sets of Allen Bradley safety switches in place. Power will auto switch off if front door
or hopper is removed during operation
8) Variable speed drive is Delta (Taiwan)
9) Motors are TianYang (China) with CE
