Hey there amazing people, this vlog is part 1 of my trip to Varanasi. I am trying to make the vlogs entertaining for y'all hence tried giving an elaborative insight of my visit to this older than history city which is not only one of the holy cities in India but also the city which is believed to be laid by Lord Shiva himself.
#varanasi or #kashi, as it has been called for more than 3500 years now, has been the centre of #culture for many religions. From #santkabirdas to prominent #jain gurus have found themselves living at the bank of Ganga in Kashi at some point of time.
Raja Harish Chandra also spent his last days working at a cremation ground here at the #ghat of Varanasi. The ghat is now named as #harishchandraghat now and is one of 2 prominent cremation ghat in Varanasi.
