इस्लामाबाद पुलिस के अनुसार, इमामबाड़े परिसर में एक आत्मघाती हमलावर ने खुद को उड़ा लिया, जिससे चारों ओर अफरा-तफरी मच गई। धमाके के बाद पूरे इलाके में चीख-पुकार और खून-खराबा फैल गया। पुलिस और राहत दल तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचे और बचाव कार्य शुरू किया गया। सुरक्षा के मद्देनज़र पूरे इलाके को सील कर दिया गया है और लोगों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला जा रहा है। हमले के पीछे आतंकी साजिश की आशंका जताई जा रही है।

Pakistan’s capital Islamabad was rocked by a deadly suicide blast on Friday during Jumma prayers. The attack targeted the Terlai Imambargah and a Shia mosque located in the Shahzad Town area. According to initial reports, at least 10 people have been killed and more than 20 others injured. Authorities fear that the death toll may rise as a large number of worshippers were present inside the mosque at the time of the explosion.

Islamabad Police confirmed that a suicide bomber detonated himself inside the Imambargah premises, triggering chaos and panic in the area. Bloodshed and screams were reported from the site following the blast. Police and rescue teams rushed to the scene and launched a rescue operation. The entire area has been sealed, and civilians are being evacuated. The attack has once again raised serious concerns over security in Pakistan’s capital.
