Hey all! Some of you may have seen a review I did on a test piece from Thin Hair Thick over a year ago. (Scroll back if you want to check it out!) They had a large number of pilot testers to perfect their HD Synthetic line, and I am now following up with the finished product! This ThinHairThick patented topper is in the medium brown shade, yet is absolutely gorgeous and dimensional, with various strands of color creating this lovely medium brown shade with what seems to me, almost a warm auburn tone to it. The concept is the same as before, but definitely perfected and improved, and I LOVE LOVE IT! First off, this base is a great size. Fantastic coverage, even for my very thin crown and front hairline. The synthetic fiber is soft and bouncy, and feels wonderful. There is a decent size monofilament top area for multidirectional parting, and realistic looking hair growth. Great for fun styling! The bigger base adds more hair for coverage and bulk, but this hair can definitely be altered and customized after purchase, whether at home or at a salon to your desired hair cut, style, and density. I love that this base has 3 combs for added security... And it's so comfy! Each topper comes with a wig grip to slide those combs under, and keep your topper nice and snug and secure on your noggin'. For those of you dealing with sore scalps, areas of pain where your clips sit continuously, or hairloss & traction alopecia, this is such a fantastic alternative, and you definitely get the coverage, the lovely hair, and no more OUCH!
