An introduction to a restoration project in Pego, Valencia. In collaboration with Pego Viu (local community organization) and Desert Leaves, I setup an experiment for soil amendments which would test effectiveness in semi-arid conditions.
Of 90 trees planted, 30 were control, 30 used biochar, and another 30 used hydrogel.
This video was recorded in February 2025. Soon we will publish one year results.
