It's almost Christmas!! Today I'm making a gorgeous gingerbread house with lights inside! It's a great decoration to keep around your house during the holidays :)

INGREDIENTS:
GINGERBREAD HOUSE:
180g butter
125g brown sugar
300g treacle/golden syrup/honey
500g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
ROYAL ICING:
500g icing sugar
1 tsp cream of tartar
3 egg whites
lots of candy to decorate
