At Space Between Counseling Services, we work with clients who live “on the cusp” of different areas of life. Let us define “cuspers”… While the term “cusper” traditionally refers to “a person born near the end of one generation and the beginning of another”, we have stretched that definition. These clients may feel like they live in between two worlds. Often we find ourselves working with clients who describe the unique struggles that come with straddling differing worlds, whether those concerns be relational, work-related, family of origin related, or something else.
