Open ended play comes naturally to children, unless we restrict their imaginations by giving them toys that don't encourage it. In this video I talk about how to find toys that are more open ended, and how to introduce them to your child. If you're new to this, start by looking around your home and finding loose parts for your child to play with, without directing them, and you'll be surprised at the things they can dream up!
