Workouts don’t have to be complicated to GET RESULTS!
Save this workout for your next upper body lift!
Perform all 3 exercises in a circuit with little to no rest.
Aim for 3-4 sets.
1. Alternating curl with static hold x 20 total
2. Alternating hammer curl to OH press x 20 total
3. Lateral raises x 15 or until failure
