In this video, we will discuss a bit about the famous BAR or Browning Automatic Rifle.
Through various production issues, such as preoccupied building other systems or even machines being out a spec. The BAR would prevail and see numerous variants, and models for other nations! Eventually, in all variants a total of roughly 350k BARs were built. We will be focusing on the primary American variants the M1918, M1918A1, and the M1918A2
Serving the United States for over 55 years, it would come to display its full potential in conflicts such as the First World War, Second World War, Korean War, and Vietnam War. It was even still being handed out as foreign aid up until the 1990's.
