Hey Everyone! Today's video I will be showing you my simple fat free weight loss soup that I eat when preloading for faster weight loss results, following the starch solution, wfpb lifestyle! This easy weight loss soup compliments a high carb low fat plant based meal by helping to reduce overall calorie intake to help you with your weight loss goals. This vegetable soup recipe is oil free and vegan, but can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of your every day diet.

I personally have been following a whole food plant based diet, created by dr john mcdougall, called the starch solution that promotes vegan weight loss and have recently included preloading in to my weight loss routine. I eat all of my starch solution meals for maximum weight loss and share them on this channel in my starch solution what I eat in a day videos! Since starting a plant based diet, I have become a high carb low fat vegan with beans, rice and potatoes being the center of my plate on this wfpb diet. All my simple starch solution recipes and starch solution meals are low calorie density foods, which promote maximum weight loss results. Eating wfpb has seriously changed my life and I hope it will change yours too!

My Non Starchy "Wannbe Minestrone Soup" Recipe:

1/2 onion
4 cloves of garlic
3-4 celery ribs, diced in to bite size pieces
3-4 carrots, peeled and diced in to bite size "coins"
1 zucchini, washed and diced in to bite size pieces
4 cups of V8 juice
2 cups of vegetable broth
1 tsp of oregano
1/2 tsp of italian seasoning (optional - I kind of like it even more without it!)
