Following correspondence received from Ultra Liquors and relevant authorities, Town Press confirms that the video footage relates to an inspection conducted in December 2024.

At the time, certain products were quarantined pending verification. According to official communication from the relevant provincial authority, the matter was subsequently resolved, the products were cleared, and the store was permitted to continue trading. There was no finding of illicit or counterfeit activity against the retailer.
