There's a certain type of transition I see new skaters learn that they get really stuck on, they get married to this transition, they build a summer home on this transition. This transition can get them in trouble, cutting the track or tripping up teammates and opponents. I'm not saying never do it, I'm saying LEARN A WHOLE BUNCH OF TRANSITIONS so you have options and can use the right one in the right situation. ;-)
This video explores all different types of transitions using both feet or just one foot (bonus agility unlocked!!). Plus some jumping for funsies! Enjoy and pass on to your friends and teammates. You know you know someone who needs this. ;-)
