About Henry Rojas
Henry Matthew Silva Rojas is the Firm Owner of Rojas Empire of Design and a Licensed BCIN Designer with over 7 years of experience in architecture and real estate investment.
He began his career in 2017 specializing in custom homes and major additions while also working with investors on apartment building projects. During the COVID-19 period, Henry shifted fully into real estate investment projects, helping investors maximize the highest and best use of their properties.
Today, Rojas Empire of Design has completed over 581 unit conversions across Ontario, with 141 additional units currently in development, bringing the total pipeline to 764 units. The firm has worked with 25+ municipalities across Southern Ontario, from Oshawa to Chatham-Kent.
