Hello guys!
Phaksha Paa is a traditional Bhutanese dish where "Phaksha" means pork and "Paa" refers to a meat dish cooked with vegetables and chilies, both fresh and dried. In my version, I’ve simplified the dish by omitting vegetables entirely, resulting in a drier and more straightforward preparation. While traditional recipes might include ingredients like radish, spinach, cabbage, and potatoes, and feature more steps, I believe that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

Ingredients:
500g Pork, cut into pieces (Pork Belly preferable)
1 large onions, sliced
Garlic, grated ~ 1 inch
7-8 Dried Red chillies
2 tsp Chilli powder
Salt
Vegetables (optional)
