The Election Commission of India has revealed key details on the Bihar Assembly Polls 2025 schedule today. Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar confirmed that voting for all 243 assembly seats will conclude by November 22, marking the end of the current assembly’s term. Parties have requested polls to be held after Chhath Puja to maximise voter participation, as many residents return from other states. The EC has capped voters per station at 1,200 and upgraded ballot features with colour serial numbers and candidate photos.
