This is a economical meal that is quick and easy to prepare! Everything goes on one sheet pan in your oven with a total cook time about 35-40 minutes!
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 pounds top sirloin filets
1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes (a mix of red bliss, honey gold and purple)
12 ounce bag fresh green beans (try and get the pre washed and trimmed kind)
1/2 cup + two tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
