Описание: I'm Tay. I was diagnosed with autism at age 31 after a successful academic career. I'm married with two kids and seem to manage pretty well from the outside looking in, but behind the scenes it's chronic anxiety, occasional depression, frequent therapy visits and stress-related sicknesses.

In this video I share how I got to this point, the incorrect diagnoses that kept me searching, the resources that finally started pointing me in the right direction, and tips for how you, too can pursue your own diagnosis.
