Work on the Mt Gellibrand wind farm commenced in April this year, and nearly all of the 44 turbines have now been excavated and foundations poured. The wind farm will be complete and fully operational by the middle of 2018 and will produce 132MW of energy, which is enough to power 60,000 homes annually.
