This item was taken from a website called meshy, I didn't download it, make it or have anything to do with its generation.

In this video I prepare it for upload to SL and I decimate it heavily which you will most likely NOT do, and you'll want to retopoligize it instead. I destroy the mesh in order to have a quicker time uploading it into SL since I assumed that there would be issues.
I use Bento Buddy to retarget, convert and export the animation and mesh/avatar.
