🙏용서를 실천하는 5단계
1. 내가 용서 못하는 사람이 있음을 인정
2. 성령님의 도움으로 어떤 것을 용서 못하는지 목록작성
3. 하나님께 나아가서 목록을 가지고 하나씩 항복하고
회개하고 하나님의 용서를 구하라
4. 내 마음 깊은 곳에서 진정으로 그 사람을 용서하라
5. 마음속에 남아 있는 섭섭함, 괘씸죄, 보복심 등을
예수님께 드리고 자유받고 누려라!

5 steps to forgiveness:
1. Acknowledge that there is a person or incident that I haven’t forgiven. We all have them.
2. Ask Holy Spirit to point out all the incidents and people that we have not forgiven, and then write down list. Holy Spirit will help us craft the list.
3. Go to God with the list and surrender to Jesus and repent one by one.
4. From the deepest part of your heart, forgive them sincerely.
5. And, if there are any remaining bits of pain, hurt, offense, etc., continue to give to Jesus until we are freed.

하나님 아버지, 죄송합니다
잘못했습니다
제가 당한 것만 얘기했고
아픈 것만 얘기했고
하나님께 불평만 했지
받은 용서를 잊어버리고 있었습니다
죄송합니다 잘못했습니다
제가 하나님을 더 아프게 했었었고
제가 하나님을 더 힘들게 했는데도
하나님은 날 용서해 주셨고
그 용서를 말미암아
자유받고 은혜를 누렸는데
나는 받기만 했지
하나님의 명령을 따라서
다른 사람을 용서하지 못하고
오히려 그들을 보복하려고 했습니다

이렇게 하나님의 은혜만 받고
이기주의적으로 나만 위해서 있었었지
하나님의 명령을 따르지 않은 것을
인정하며 회개합니다

그리고 하나님 앞에 가지고 나가게 도와주세요
정직하게 인정하며 항복하고 회개하고
하나님께 용서를 구하고 진정으로 제 마음 깊은데서
그들을 용서할 수 있게 도와주세요

FOLLOW-ALONG PRAYER TO FORGIVE OTHERS:
Father God, I am so sorry, I have done wrong. I have only talked about my own pain and hurt, and complained to You, but I failed to acknowledge the forgiveness that I have received. I’m sorry. I have wronged You. I have hurt You even more, and have grieved You. But you still forgave me, and through that forgiveness, I was freed, and received grace.

Even though I received Your forgiveness, I disobeyed your command to forgive others, and instead I wanted to avenge my wrongs. I’m sorry. I was wrong. I received grace but was selfish; I cared only for myself, and I disobeyed your command. I’m sorry. I surrender and repent for my disobedience. While I received Your forgiveness, I couldn’t forgive others, I hated others, and my heart wanted vengeance— I surrender and repent of this sin. All the sins inside me of offense, vengeful heart — I surrender and repent. All the hurt feelings I give to Jesus. I’m sorry, I have wronged you— I only received forgiveness, and I insisted on my own will.

Holy Spirit, please help me:
Help me to remember the persons that I haven’t forgiven, and the incidents that I could not forgive, and the incidents where I was hurt, or offended, and help me to make a complete list.
Help me to bring each of these things to God. And help me to honestly and sincerely acknowledge them and ask God for forgiveness and sincerely, from the bottom of my heart to forgive each of them. Holy Spirit please help me.
Jesus, please help me and give me a new start. With the forgiveness I have been given, help me to forgive others, so that the fruit of forgiveness will be enjoyed by me and overflow to my family.
Thank you that you give me a new start,
and I pray in Jesus’ name. AMEN!
