I uploaded this video since at the time there were none showing how to replace a thermostat for this engine (2.2 eco). Difficulty is moderate for first time (much easier if it was not -10C outside and the snow). I apologize for poor video quality. I would be glad if this video helped and thanks for all the good, bad and the ugly feedbacks.
NOTE:
Always insert the thermostat into the housing and then slide in the plastic ring. Now you can put back the metal tube housing and put the bolts back on.
If your car is still overheating then your thermostat hasn't gone in correctly.
