The city has created so many new laws and infrastructure since Hurricane Harvey that (hopefully) will resolve all of the issues. There are many ways that we are making our homes more prepared for future floods in Houston Texas. Not all of Houston floods and I have a flood map that I use constantly to make sure that when showing homes we are not in a flood zone or at least I will be prepared for that conversation and how the neighborhood holds up to the floods that Houston gets. The floods in Houston are not as bad as everyone thinks but this video will show you exactly what you're needing to know.
