In the Pantry today... A special request from Diane Z, avoiding downdogs while gently strengthening the shoulders and wrists.
Remember to keep listening to your body throughout the practice and don't do anything if it doesn't feel good. Be patient and be kind to yourself :). During the practice, send thoughts of love and healing to the parts that are injured.
I hope this helps, however, if you find it too strong or not challenging enough please let me know and I'll add an accompanying video :)
