News reports on the broadcast signal intrusion, aka pirate signal hijack, of WGN-TV and WTTW Channel 11 in Chicago on November 22, 1987 during the broadcast of the Chicago Bears game and the Doctor Who episode 'Horror of Fang Rock' two hours later. The hijacker was dressed as 1980's fictional character Max Headroom.
(back when broadcast was all there was, and the internet was barely a glimmer in ARPANET's eye ..)
