Welcome to the fourth episode of our Caregiver Empowerment Workshops! This session is all about managing transitions & changes—and giving caregivers practical strategies to help children move through routines and changes with more confidence, flexibility, and calm.
We’ll share simple, realistic tools you can start using right away to support smoother transitions—like moving from one activity to another, leaving the house, bedtime routines, unexpected schedule changes, and more—without adding stress or completely changing what already works for your family.
These workshops are created to support families. Please share with any families who may benefit!
